This guide will walk you through the necessary steps for managing updating your Notification preferences, viewing your Notifications and sending your updated meeting status in MeetingFull.
Go to app.meetingfull.com
1. Click “Profile”
2. Add Notifications
3. Save your Profile
Click on the “Save profile” button.
4. Tap on the bell to see your Notifications
5. View your Notifications
6. You can Snooze or Dismiss your Notifications
7. Send your updated status like “I’m Running 5 Minutes Late”
You can also send the status of “Not sure when I’ll make it but please start”. If you are the meeting organizer you’ll also have the option to cancel the meeting.
8. Other Meeting Attendees will get a Notification with your updated status
Non-MeetingFull users will get an email with your status.
9. Additionally, on the In Meeting page, when Attendees hover on your Avatar they’ll see your updated status
